Development History:
In 2007, Share & Care Group acquired land in Amin Bazar for the “New Jubilee City” project. At that time, the area was predominantly waterlogged with a few brick kilns. Today, the site features an 8-story commercial building and two buildings of the University of South Asia. A new road connecting this block to the university has also been completed.
