We do solemnly declare that, my attachment with share & care group personally and collectively is not of the materialistic purpose but as a part of the mission bestowed upon us by the almighty Allah (SWT). It is our moral obligation to take this institution to its success in order to ensure the betterment of Allah's creation. We believe that it is our moral obligation, personally and collectively to engage our merits, competency and intellect for the advancement of this company. Under this pledge we, sitting in the premises of the Al Haram declaring consciously and willingly, follow as our commitment to the company:

1. 1.Abiding by the rules of Allah: We believe that business is a wonderful bounty from Allah (SWT). It is the best tool to develop a society, building a caring relation to each other and leading a comfortable life. So, Share & Care Group will always uphold these principles while engaging in business. The laws of Allah will always be the focal point for our business and we will not deviate from it to gain profit or if face any loss.
2. 2.Honesty, Trustworthiness and Justice: Our governing principles are honesty, trustworthiness and justice. We will not compromise our honesty and integrity in any kind of business transactions, investment and employment procedures. We will uphold highest trustworthiness personally and collectively in purchase, sales and any other economic transactions as well as will be extra vigilant in expending company money as we do to manage our personal finance.
3. 3.Transparency and Accountability: Maintaining transparency and accountability in all aspect of the business activities is our guiding principle. We will avoid any behaviour that may create doubt by ensuring transparency and accountability in shareholder management, customer care and sales and purchase. We will conduct our business upholding the sense of answering to Allah (SWT) for all of our actions and thus will never hesitate to present ourselves in front of the shareholders and customer to satisfy their any reasonable queries.
4. 4.Development and Productivity: The ultimate goal of our business will be to attain development and productivity for the country and its people and not our mere personal gain. In order to fulfil this target we will identify the basic elements of development, device the development plan and try to implement those at any cost.

Dynamism and innovation: We will try to abide by the rules of dynamism and innovation in order to achieve highest professional standard and ensure quality service by successfully addressing the challenges of modern time and keeping the pace with its continuous changes. We will encourage the creativity at all cost.
6. 6.Trust and Brotherhood: The beauty of our business concern will be the brotherhood and trust in each other and will uphold this principle in every aspect of our activities. We will not tolerate or encourage any behaviour that may destroy the brotherhood and trust amongst us.
7. 7.Customer and People Care: We will not hesitate to take any action necessary to make our staffs, shareholders and customers happy.
8. 8.Professionalism and Quality Improvement: We will have regular initiative to improve our professional standard and quality in order to stay ahead in the market. Achieving high standard in Office Management, Product Delivery, professional standard of the management and employees will always be our priority.
9. 9.Skill and Empowerment: To sustain in an ever competitive business world there is no alternative to proven skills and efficiency. Therefore Share & Care will arrange regular training for its Directors, Managements people and Employees.
10. 10.Communication: We believe that ensuring crystal clear and uninterrupted communication between various stakeholders of the company is the ultimate key for a business to be successful. Therefore in order to ensure regular communication with customer and shareholders regarding our business activities we will be extra vigilant.

Finally, personally and collectively we are declaring that, if any of us willingly and consciously fails to abide by the above mentioned 10 points pledges, we will happily comply with any decision that the company may take against any of us.
